A coalition of investors, led by private-equity firms KKR KKR 11.18%increase; green up pointing triangle and Global Infrastructure Partners, as well as the Indo-Pacific Partnership for Prosperity, has pledged to invest $25 billion in infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific region, focusing on sectors like energy and the environment.
“Coalition members will help facilitate the identification, promotion and development of successful infrastructure projects across the region,” the three organizations said in a joint statement on Thursday.
